Facilities Management.

  • Plan and coordination of installations and refurbishment of facilities interior and exterior
  • Manage equipment and supplies upkeep to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspect buildings to determine the need for repairs and renovations
  • Maintenance activities and routine repairs
  • Work order dispatch, receipt, tracking, and reporting
  • Operation and periodic reviews of HVAC systems
  • Visual inspections and regularly scheduled maintenance of building façade, interior surfaces, sidewalks, windows, exterior lighting, parking lots, and surfaces
  • Conduct general interior and exterior repairs.

Facilities Support Services. Provide janitorial services, maintenance, trash disposal, sweeping and mopping of floors, periodical cleaning and polishing of office and other furniture, and appliances.
